** Should not be taken by pregnant or breast-feeding women or people suffering from any gastric or intestinal disorders without consulting a qualified practitioner. Discontinue use if abdominal pain, diarrhoea or vomiting occurs.
Adults and children over 10 years of age: one to two capsules daily.
In extreme cases can take up to four for the first day and then reduce to one or two capsules daily.
As part of a calorie controlled diet or slimming program for adults take one capsule daily.
Do not exceed recommended daily intake unless advised by a suitably qualified person.
